What’s OnTrack Coaching?

It’s a framework I developed after helping hundreds of small business owners identify what exactly they wanted to accomplish in their businesses and then helped them chart their unique path to attracting ideal clients and building a business that gives them life.

If you sign up for an OnTrack Coaching package, we’ll work through the exact approach on how to plan this year of your business, including creating a roadmap to attracting your ideal clients for your dream business.

The more specific and the more intentional we can be about planning, the greater our chances of reaching our goals… and even exceeding them.

These goals can include making more money, but can also be about carving more time for yourself or to scale up to be able to step back from doing things that you don’t absolutely love doing. (For me, that’s bookkeeping and why it was the first hire I made when starting my business).

Our Proven Approach Will Get You on the Fast Track

On the front end, I’ll help you define success so that you recognize it when you see it. This is what we’ll use as benchmarks in the Evaluate and Optimize season.

We’ll meet regularly to talk through the stages and you’ll have time between calls to move forward on specific next steps discussed.

Starting with Intent, we’ll work through your goals for your business and your ideal role in it. This process will help you define your Intention Statement, ideal clients, and your unique messaging to attract your dream clients.

Insight

Next, we’ll dig into what you know about your clients and craft messaging.

Infrastructure

In the Infrastructure season, we’ll work through what systems need to be in place to help you reach your goals and specifically how to set them up or what expert can help you

Action

Action will cover the specific and measurable steps you’ll need to take to accomplish your goals.

Evaluate & Optimize

In this season, we’ll work through what’s working and what’s not and you’ll learn to optimize, prioritize and keep going.

What can you expect?

Organized Entrepreneur Retreats allow you to finally map out your next big project, rewrite your website, plan an online course, outline your book, or simply catch up on things you need to do to smash your business goals.

We’ll have a Zoom session about a month before to outline what you want to accomplish, both personally and professionally during your retreat. You’ll meet me at the Retreat for your VIP Strategy Session. Then a few days later, we’ll have a recap session on what you were able to accomplish and next steps you’ll need to take to keep the momentum going.

Organized Entrepreneur Retreats are great for introverts and adventurers alike!

Do some work, then treat yourself to some down time at whatever beautiful location we’re in. Each night we’ll gather for a lovely group dinner at a local restaurant. You can join… or not!
